WHY "CRAFT PROPERTIES"?
Excellent question. Early on in James and Amy's relationship they bonded over craft beer. As time moved on and real estate became a new and unexpected passion, including "craft" was an easy choice in their business. Similar to the fact that not all beer types are the same... not all real estate agents are the same. Choosing your agent is very important. They will walk by you through one of the most important decisions you'll make. James and Amy are dedicated to providing the "perfect flight" for each client transaction through their vetted partners.

AMY VERSAW
I have lived in Johnson City, TN the majority of my life and proudly call it home. I am married to my soulmate, James and we have three amazing, hilarious, kind, and beautiful children. These four people, along with our whippet Finn, challenge and change me as a human every day.
In our spare time my husband and I love exploring this community. The tri-cities area has come a long way, and it's so exciting to see new businesses pop up. Whether you're looking for boutiques and coffee shops, breweries and ale houses, or restaurants and food trucks, it's here and it's local.
JAMES VERSAW
I moved to Johnson City in 2016 and started investing in real estate in 2021. My love for the industry started with my wife, Amy, becoming an agent in 2019. In 2023, I got my license in effort to help her, other investors, and entrepreneurs purse their passions.
